Cancellation Policy
Effective October 1, 2024 At Desert Shine Auto Detail, we understand that plans can change. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy to help us provide the best service to all our customers. Cancellation Guidelines Cancellation Notice: Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Penalty Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 penalty fee. How to Cancel: Cancellations can only be made by calling our customer service number at 520 604 3684. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged to your account. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation penalty. If rescheduling within 24 hours, the penalty fee may still apply.
